The translation was really poorly made, but better than nothing I guess...
The aliens came to planet Earth, died out either by confronting God or it's followers, but Vingulf is reviving them to try another shot to the God who was on Earth controlling the masses.
Either way, they're still The Baddies, Kurofuku doesn't realise that?
