I feel like there are just plot threads and characters that weren't relevant at all in this manga.

Like Stalker for instance. He's not really relevant.

They goofed up pretty badly, erasing human kind without belief in higher beings by using Loki or Grani, but Loki was far too cunning to simply being controlled. He would eat Valkyrie and wouldn't Murakami.

So many people died in the flood of Extracellular Digestion, can't imagine the horrors of being slowly eaten alive. Yikes.

Priestess teleported everyone in the room, but Takaya was running somewhere in the Observatory.

Murakami sacrifice could end Loki rampage, Kuroha seems to forget she can't use magic if he is around...
