I wonder if Cello really can just regenerate like Sugar or if he is more limited.
Also, did "Golden Man" always have these powers or are they new?

OG golden man ability doesnt seem similar to oiran's, idk how cello made that connection. she could "tear space" with noticeable cracks in the air, while that looked like just another beam making a hole

The cracks itself is invisible to a naked eye, it can only be seen with a special camera filter. Cello could see it before because blue installed the filter on his helmet, wich he is not use this time.
