I love Moroboshi (Cello)'s character, man! The author really subverted the "My life is a lie" trope amazingly and wrote a guy that despite him finding out about him not being the real Golden Man and him being created for evil still manages to uphold his true desires of heroism. This manga is so damn refreshing to read because it's not a power progression superhero manga but a deconstruction of superheroism. I would love for this to be adapted as an amazing anime series.

Hmm, considering the way their powers work, perhaps Hana or Od were the failures to each other. Oiran Trooper tears space apart whilst Od seems to be able to manipulate space. I do also wonder that if all of them came from the dark side, if there's perhaps a truly perfect version of them that combines all of their powers. Maybe an endgame villain or smth.

Perhaps that's why the real Moroboshi is gone, to serve as the vessel for that transformation. Doesn't seem like the had any "powers" exactly outside his physical body but was still super powerful. So he should make a good candidate.

Huh. I just realized a fun side-note. All these characters are turning out to have psychic powers and come from testing by the city’s Dark Side. It’s very Academy City from the Index/Railgun series, but uh… written by a human.

(I love the Index series but he writes like a lizardman ok don’t shoot me)

Nothing absolute. But his language is on the rough side, he uses Ore (For I) and Teme (for you).

I guess the readers are confused due to page 8, I guess that's my bad. OD said 好き(Suki) there and while that can be interpreted as "Love", it can also interpreted as "Like". I chose "fallen for the guy" because that's the thing the one which fits Sugar's reaction more.

To be fair, his speech IS a bit weird (and Suggestive). In chapter 25 page 2, the first draft (and literal translation) for the first 2 bubbles are "You can do whatever you want", "I will do anything". But gets changed due to context and SilverTongue(PR)'s comment.

Plus, he chose to wear Gakuran (Male school uniform).
