I could accept this happening if the initial spoiled brat young master had been removed from the story early on. I really have to wonder what kind of bullying happened to the people writing these stories to keep a young master not just relevant but able to negatively impact the MC this far down the line, whilst the MC is functionally on the level of a reincarnated god.

Memory loss because she stolen all his mana. for me it sounds more like a shock to the mind.
to lose mana like that must be so traumatic that his mind just closed down. not stolen otherwise we would see him behaving like a baby.. who needs help with everything.
But not in this case. alone that he can speak and make questions. it is not a total memory loss. he still got them. just repressed.

This development is just dumb... I can understand if he gets defeated but also his memories taken away? Not only you take away the power fantasy part which is the saving grace of the manga THEN you left the entire world with an Opponent no one in the world can beat. With probably only results in two ways

1. MC hid a super intelligent plan to counter her and it includes him losing his memories
2. MC gets the "I BELIEVE IN YOU MC..ILL BELIEVE YOULL RETURN TO US" from the two girls, which he met like what a month or two

Worst and cliche way to implement a trope honestly...
