Found the old (deleted) chapter's forum thread... Seems like LH did an error at chapter numbering (ch9 instead of ch 9.1), but that does not warrant a re-upload.

Why the re-upload?
I don't know why the original was deleted (maybe someone reported it as a partial upload, since it was marked as a full chapter? idk), but I saw that 9.1 was missing, so I grabbed it from the LH site and uploaded it myself.
