I wonder if this is the same Ruhollah or "King" we saw at the end of domination since we know that took place in the same world just in the past as burning effect but it seems very different since that thing had become perfectly human and said it wanted to watch over humanity of greymark and how it rises back or survives
Great becoming a monster confused me at first, given how he willingly left on an atonement voyage of sorts at the end of Burning Effect instead of being banished. I heard this is an alternate timeline but I'm not sure.
