Pretty sure there's no chance for plot progression, and I won't even begin to hope for these characters to grow any brains...

What skill does it take to become a guild leader, anyway? Teats? A coat with tails?
Plainly, it's not "the ability to lead a guild," or anything similar.

I jokingly thought "his wifu" when I saw the guild master was dere instead of imposing, but figured it was too obvious to be true. XD Can't say I was surprised.

Seeing as this is written for middle schoolers and has the cliché self-insertion OP "loser" MC typical of young shounen isekai manga, I'm going to turn off the reason part of my brain and try to enjoy this junk food manga. Might have a few good chuckles or it might be brain rot. Too early to tell.
