Tbh, i don't even know what i expected from this manga anymore, at first i'm interested about what happened to fmc's sister and how to find her. But after almost 20 chapters, this is just how fmc's stupid plan always put her in a dangerous situation of getting assaulted every single chapter.
Judging by how this one already have 160+ chapters and the vibe of this manga, then i guess we will eventually see some assault, ntr, cheating, blackmail, r*pe, and even more stupid decision from the characters (fmc even s*ck some bad guy's d*ck in front of the mc, in some of the latest chapter i sneaked)

Edit 2: Huge spoilers. But honestly you should read this. Skimmed raws to chapter 160 and it's absolute trash. It gets so much worse.
FemC becomes a legit whore by the end. Starts around chapter 80. (Oh yeah and she gets abducted by some guy who eats her out in an earlier chapter) FemC then gets legit raped by some shady glasses guy who takes her to a hotel, saying he has info about her sister who fell off a cliff and he has video of it because his goons tried to rape her. She then sucks the guys dick, then gets full penetrated by him. He goes in raw, cums inside her. I don't think even the MC got that far with her at that time, just a condom and she didn't feel any pleasure from it. Seems she's enjoying it here though. Her and the glasses rapist go at it for a while and she's loving it... yet cries at the end somehow. Oh yeah, and the guy is recording all of it on his phone livestreaming it to the rapist guy who abducted her and ate her out in earlier chapters. Think it was one of his goons or something.

Literally THE NEXT FUCKING CHAPTER after this she's sucking off some bald generic thug in a bathroom stall. She and thug go to club and then to hotel. Thug then begins to rape her because no shit, you decided to suck him off in exchange for info you dumb cunt. MC rushes in to the rescue. Thug beats him up because he's a loser. They cut a deal with the thug to help them in exchange for her not showing a video of the thug attempting to rape her, since she secretly recorded his attempt. Thug says okay but suck my dick (lol). If you're wondering how 160 chapters can only have this much "story", there's a lot of random cuckery between the side characters. Ironically, and honestly probably the best part of this dumpster fire, is that the buff guy antagonist in this chapter 17, who isn't actually the main antagonist (glasses guy), probably has the best relationships and time throughout the manga until currently.
Seems femC is basically willing to fuck any guy for information about her sister, while her simp boyfriend MC tags along and watches. Fuck this manga, truly. It's just NTR/cuck shit but with the dumbest plot and the dumbest characters. I'm out.

His excuse when he got interviewed about this topic was that he thought the people who were reading and following this manga would have liked to see it, hence he made one.

Funny thing is, i randomly clicked one random raw chapter, and it goes to the same chapter you described (ch 86 iirc), i guess the author don't want to upset the readers so they make MC f*ck the blonde girl at the same time as the fmc getting r*ped by the glasses-guy. It looks forced, but fmc still obeyed all of the glasses-guy's order knowing he's recording/doing video call (with the guy we see in this chapter, the one asking fmc for giving her virginity to him), they even walk together in the park after that (which then FMC caught MC f*cking blonde girl at the park), so this manga 100% have ntr in the future. Oh, and the glasses-guy is probably the main actor behind fmc's sister disappearance.
About the 'healing' part, around ch 90, the fmc disappeared after she got r*ped and thought her sister was dead and also caught mc in the park f*cking the blonde girl, after that we've got a timeskip and now the 'club' accepting new members. I quick search the raw and found MC and FMC reconcile at around ch 147, so that's already around 50-chapters gap.
In that 50 chapters, fmc turned out to be working at a host/cabaret club that i'm guessing owned by the glasses-guy. So not only she disappeared, she also still being close with the guy who r*pe her. But after she disappeared, FMC is not showing having sex with anyone after it but she still getting harassed (borderline r*pe attempt), meanwhile MC is having sex with a couple girls including his new junior in the club.
Eventually MC found FMC and he try to reconcile, MC then try to give fmc hope that her sister could be still alive, and in the end they are having sex in the car and getting back together/reconciled, idk. But not even long after that, as i said in previous comment, fmc lure some bad guy and in the process, again (sigh..), she's getting fondled, titsucked, and almost get r*ped by the bad guy. But again, be cautious, this manga contain so so many non-consent act for a non-hentai manga.
