The only way the author of this manga wrote the denigrantion of the mc is to change him to a simp mentality to starts saying he loves Miwako senpai like the other simp fans she has in the club while remembering Ho(e)shimi's face lol.
The way this was write is just so forced, just for this kind of ntr drama and also to denigrate the personality of the mc and resetting the character progression, when he already is thinking of just do it this, just to obtain info from her after pleased her.
