"Foundation", on the other hand, can refer to both tangible or intangible things. Like, "The Foundation of The Ziggurat" or "The Foundation of our Laws". It can also be used as a verb. "That was when our group was founded" or "The foundation of this nation took place at that time."

Okay, looks like I either got my manga mixed up or that other guy was wrong. eBook Japan and Book Walker show this as being completed at volume 15, and Amazon.co.jp shows Volume 15's publishing date as being back in April 2023.

That said, this thing goes up to Chapter 87, so we've got 25 chapters to go on. So that's enough for this story arc, two or maybe three more, and then the final story arc.

Sure, the commander was manipulated and brainwashed but that doesn't change the fact that she agreed to supply them with "dead mages" BEFORE starting to take the brainwashing drug. Even if it all was for the benefit of the "Pure Maidens", she's definitly not a good person.
