This is why you pepper spray the WHOLE CROWD. Everybody around that didn't do or say anything can get some. Then again if she froze (which can be normal) she might have also forgot she had spray (if she had any). In any case, just spray and pray that the people who either thought it wasn't their business OR who got off on that shit get BLESSED.

Possibly ... but in THAT moment she I panicked and just wanted to get away. I mean, they were standing so close they ended up as collateral damage. Maybe instead of just standing there enjoying the show or cowering in fear they could have helped? But then again they OWE her nothing and she owes them the same indifference.
