How about we just purposefully kill the eldest brother by "mistake"?

He liked the idea so much, he wound up saying it twice.
For real though, it's somewhat ironic to have this kind of double-bubble error show up, when not too many chapters ago LH specifically called out some repeated text as being part of the source material and not a "double bubble", meaning they're well aware of these kinds of error.
