Nanase as a character is actually quite interesting; I had a look at her wiki and it seems she later becomes Sophora, the captain of the Moon Tree's Healing Corps, which is a front for them being ninjas designed to specialize in PKing. Nanase joining Moon Tree is hinted at on the last page of the final chapter when she's seen meeting Zelkova and Kaede from Moon Tree, which is a nice touch. This manga is still pretty generic but learning more about a character you wouldn't usually look twice at, made it in a way worth giving it a read in my opinion.
