Huh, this is from the same author who made Confinement King. Looks like this will be a wild ride.
Surprised this has the comedy tag considering it looks like the fate of the women is to have their bodies stolen by ghosts, left in some dead/alive state where they can only watch as their lives get taken by imposters who will become MC's harem members.
I'm also surprised I don't feel as bad for them as I thought I would be. Considering MC was basically given an "execution" date and is being beaten, tortured, and (in this chapter) even raped I guess the saying “The only ones who should kill, are those who are prepared to be killed” comes into mind— though in this case they get their souls taken.

he is not holding himself back out of fear nor is it because of empathy or his morals
and for what we have seen so far, the mc is not against the mighty makes right society
the mc is just like the girls except that he lacked power
and now that he obtained it he is acting in the way he truly feels

I completely disagree. I don't think there's been anything so far that indicates him agreeing with "might makes right". In the mentioned panel he's just lamenting his own powerlessness. I don't understand how you interpret that as him lacking in empathy or morals. Even if he had had power and used it against those girls it would just have been self-defence. You don't become morally inferior or lack empathy, for defending yourself.
I do believe that it's highly likely that he will become unhinged and drunk with power. But so far he has been nothing like the girls, and has only acted in self-defence and self-preservation.

the way I interpreted it, was that the only reason he does not retaliate, impose his will on others, or use his strength in order to get what he wants, is precisely because he lacks strength and not because he feels empathy for them or because it conflicts with his morals
which seems to be the case in chap 2
if he had some sort of "inner resistance", some philosophy against the mighty makes right or empathy for them
it would take alot more time before he started having those types of reactions
but he started acting like this right after he learned to use his power
tho i wonder, had he know he was strong from the beginning would his personality be like that?
