"It's just that there has been two idiots crazy enough who were willing to approach kuragari" is not a proper sentence xD

You should change it to "It's just that there were two idiots who were crazy enough to willingly approach Kuragari" or something similar.

Edit: instead if "there were", maybe "there happened to be" would fit better.
