I think they're speedrunning the finish. Series started off strong, but fell apart pretty quick. Axe-kun got it right this time I think.

Yeah, story just been faster and faster, went through new and old characters joining the plot, training arc and plot exposition in just a few chapters

The exorcists aren't written dumb they're honestly written exactly how they're supposed to be. Their written as if they're supposed to be a group of cultists. From the very first chapter they have consistently hammered home the fact that none of these people are heroes they're just in it for self gratification and well vengeance. Every last one of the members are recruited when they're really young they're always someone that lost their family to these creatures. In a recruitment is typically hey don't you want revenge.


The Exorcist have never been a hero group they're just a wild group of teenagers. To hell will all of the consequences of what they do because they feel better after what's done.

On one hand, this chapter felt like a filler, because they spend a whole chapter talking and debating. But it also show how trust are hard to achieve between two very opposing groups. And that shouldn't be easy...
This reminded me of Stealth Symphony, another manga that got cut short, despite excellent arts and interesting premises.

I think there were atleast two introduced characters who are in it to destroy the whole organization too. I think it was the dude who died and the convenience store girl

I feel like these last ten or so chapters are like that. Some pages are so good I download them, but some can jump from needing more polish to kinda bad
