Also I do wish mangadex had an LGBT tag, it’s a great disservice that mangas like this is get lost because there’s no appropriate tag to search the database for LGBT manga.

Probably because this is the sort of manga people are going to have an instinctive reaction to it. The main problem is the tags or lack of suitable tags. People who love it are going to praise it while people repelled by the content I’m going to vote most negatively.

A lot of LGBT manga get flooded (brigaded?) with a bunch of negative reviews, I've noticed it on every manga so far, its especially bad (more than a hundred 1 stars) on mangas that get anywhere near the front page.
I was able to have a good conversation with a MD staff but the second I brought up the issue they went completely radio silent and ghosted me, so I assume they have no intention on doing anything about it.
