but damn seems like something might actually be wrong with the coach the way he's talking and such is really bad

but if anything this might be the last push ippo needs to even come back but we'll see which route this series will go with that

He has some sort of debilitating illness that is slowly claiming his life (on top of being old). I'm guessing it's cancer or something similar, since it seems to be eating him away from the inside. We've known that there's something that's wrong with him and he's on a timer, ever since we learned that... shit, can't remember his name, the pompadour asshole champion- that he's in a hurry to get all the belts and fulfill the coach's dream before he kicks the bucket from his illness.

Im still so mixed feelings about ippo coming back because on the one hand, hell yeah!
