This does not mean you can't create a thread to talk about a series, but if you simply want to express your disappointment it's better if you go to the comments section of that title (or chapter, depending on what do you want to say) and write there, at least it'd be seen by people who can be interested in reading that. Posting that in your profile (the status that was mentioned) is also an option.

My gal is my first sounds misleading because the MC is a virgin all these 10 years of the serialization.

Average Rent-A-Girlfriend reader who also hates his manga (he has stockholm syndrome).
I was somewhat lucky to shop reading it at chapter 20 (i think because i cought up to chapters) After few years came back, read the reviews watched the last trasnlated chapter and was freaking happy that i didn't start reading it.
Put it at 3/5 in my personall library (meaning that unless the world will stop producing new content i will never read it).
But i'm amazed despite it being cuck fetish manga (netorare) it survived for so long, while some of the great titles die out much sooner. Does it mean cheap heart frenching drama superceeds genuine good content?

Did you really need to read that much to realise? Well, the meme says that Gal Cleaning will always be worse. Just in case, don't take the bait and start reading KanoKari. Like a gyaru would say, ukeru!
I'm going to interject for a moment, but Gal Cleaning was worse only because it was cancelled after merely seven chapters so hard that the author took a complete revenge on the publisher by releasing piecemeal parts of chapter 8 where all hell broke and then he/she completely disappeared from everything: manga industry, social media, you name it.
