Grammar needs work
p3: you actually like (only 3rd person needs s)
p4: you're not mocking me are you? (when making a statement into a question, the tag (are you) should be the opposite polarity of the statement, you are -> aren't you?, you're not -> are you?)
p6: you're not a fan of wasting time are you?
you never mince your words do you? (the tag should always use do unless the verb of the statement uses to be much like when you ask a question)
p7: she's never the one I can be easy with (this makes no sense but I guess maybe you meant something like I always had a hard time with her?)
p12: you guys sure work hard
p13: the story is set on an isolated boarding house
is a song that can only be heard by the singer because it is drowned (or similar) by the rain shower, which reveals the inner feelings between that student and teacher (having a single article before many nouns will refer to each noun, and so it should be singular, or you could keep it as simply these two)

I read the raw a long time ago, I'm pretty sure that:

- Konju is not going to meet Hakumei as an appointment to teach her how to sing. She was looking for shelter from the rain and found Hakumei by chance.

- Mikochi doesn't ask Konju to teach Hakumei to sing, she just says that Hakumei is tone deaf and that she's self-conscious about it, which is why she doesn't like singing.

- Konju then catches Mikochi humming, and says: “Aha! I knew you like to sing!”

- Hakumei didn't “ask permission” to use the place, all this interaction just happened to kill time and wait for the rain to stop.
