I don't get it. Ruby, Rassha and the bald one from Room 4 had a drawing of Harley with a knife stuck to his heart, captioned "Die, Harley!", and now she's attached to him? And what's that doodle map in the end, is that where she is?

Ruby caring about Harley to this extent surprised me when I was reading for the first time too... A few reasons come to mind as a possible explanation
First, at this point it's clear Ruby instantly likes people who like her (or she thinks they do), so considering how Harley let her empty Jun's wallet and went along with her capricious wants to an extent, despite calling Ruby "it" and saying she's useless numerous times, she could have thought that he was being nice to her. And as we learned that's exactly what she craves the most. Besides, that's a child watching someone die right in front of her😭😭
Second, Harley is the manager of room 4. She must have seen him around for quite a while now. In a space like Dr.long's laboratory (that genuinely has the vibes of a jail) even a slimy mf like Harley might seem friendly enough. As to why she drew him murdered with a death wish. We'll. That's. That's Ruby. Sometimes this is the entire explanation.
