I really like this manga, it's cute. But after one year of dating you blush and get embarrassed so hard from saying "I'm glad I got to spend the day with you" that you have to run off to the bathroom? I think the author is trying to draw this out just a little too much at this point. Like there is literally been zero progress the entire story, over 100 chapters in.
