I agree with the previous comments. It's a bit weird to see the uke change into a girly character, especially when what attracts one to the manga in the first place is the
original dynamic between the seme and uke. It always makes me a bit sad. I think it's because the mangaka are female so they don't understand the male brain -- it will always be secondhand knowledge. Plus, ukes are female stand-ins for a female audience.
I also noticed that Sougo's neck seems smoother with a smaller width and Adam's apple. Not all the time though. He always had bottom lashes.
Netoka Yonezou did the same thing, imo, in
Hidoku Shinaide (Don't Be Cruel). Maya (the seme) got so much taller and sexier, lol, than the uke, Nemugasa. Nemu was always a bit smaller and shy and studious, which was why he could be forced into a sexual relationship. But over time, as their relationship progressed, he got more and more feminine and shrank in size. Same goes for Akira in the story too; he became more feminine and lithe once in his relationship with his friend Shimakawa.
It's one thing to start out girly; it's quite another to turn them into one. I personally prefer manly seme/uke couples, regardless if one is bigger or smaller. My fave was Nekota Sensei's
Mousou Elektel https://mangadex.org/title/1415/mousou-elektel. The 2 MCs are totally equal, and the straight uke never becomes more girly once he accepts the gay seme's feelings. It's so much sexier, imo, than a girly uke.
