Everyone has their own reasons for not teaming up.
It's unbalanced, completely unrealistic, breaks any semblance of immersion, and it's awesome.
Can't agree more. It's a fantasy story, why limit it with human perception.

I like how everyone has an excuse as to why they don't wanna group up, the martial artist elf and yandere duo is because of the healers selfishness (she admits it) and these two is because they don't wanna see their friends dead infront of them. Which is sad but it makes sense, you don't exactly wanna go to the military just to see the guy your friends for months now die infront of you during all the chaos now wouldn't it?

Also I just notice that the bisexual guy is a bit chubby. Not that its unnoticeable but the manga either lets you concentrate on scrolling or read the text bubbles, so seeing the guy being chubby I thought for sure that he was a bit of a pack going on. Its a nice touch, it's unnoticeable if you don't concentrate much so yeah that's all I can say abt this one
