I wasn't sold by the very first scene in chapter 1 with the girl's neck getting 420 noscope'd like that, but I figure you gotta push through flimsy premises sometimes to enjoy the rest of the story. Now the story is already getting good. Very creepy, art is good. Also being a fan of both Shiki and Higurashi means I'm 100000% ready and waiting for creepy horrible violence to befall a rural Japanese village
