She got scammed. She paid $500 in a late night fee. I forgot to put in the currency in Norwegian kroner, so I guess it might've been a bit easy to miss, but 85 thousand yen is equal to about 6200 Norwegian Kroner.

I've read all the raws now and this series is so weird to me. It does the same thing False Child did where it would give you a couple chapters of happy and then abruptly remind you that all of these girls are actually traumatized. The last couple chapters (in the raws) really got to me because it's something I've dealt with personally. >_<

I'm already working on a bit too much, I'm on like 12 projects or something.
I pick up manga like stray kittens. I'm kind of an idiot.
You can just use the same programs I list and GPT-4o to translate it yourself if you want, it's not especially hard but it takes time.
I've got a guide here, but I'm using Panel Cleaner and not Poricom now.

There used to be an opposite problem in the Americas(I don't think it was the US)with exactly one machine where,between certain hourse,one fella found out he could take out any amount of money from it and it wouldn't deduct from his balance since it was disconnected.

The only reason we know about was that the constant feeling that he might get busted ate away at him that he eventually just turned himself in,but the banks refused to have him prosecuted since it would mean revealing that they screwed up.

Seems he was just a little too honest with himself.

So it's not just foreign tourists who fall for scam bars. Though I'd have hoped Kokoa was street smart enough to know they can refuse to pay the additional charge (Legally the staff must tell customers about these kind of extra fees on entry).
