I don't know what is it with these 'getting sick' trope in manga. Like, ok, you got the flu, so what.

This is among my most hated tropes (if we're talking annoying ones only / excluding actually sick stuff)
Like, I get that you can get a cold but not within <12 hours
Especially not one with a fever
