Pants vs skirts as an allusion to normality and perhaps even heteronormativity. Where Miwa is known for wearing pants and stands out for doing so, while Yonei wants to wear pants but is scared to distance herself from the norm and worries if she can make it work. Pushing ahead and going for it in the presence of Miwa. Very good very nice writing.

It wasn't present in every scene, but I'm a big fan of the naturalistic dialogue. Disfluencies, tangents, distractions and forgetting what you were saying, love that stuff, it sets the tone so well. I feel like I've hardly seen that style of writing since Ikoku Nikki ended.

Just wanted to say that I really appreciate all of the work that went into the SFX and typesetting/typography. It really helps convey Yonei's frenetic energy, and makes this manga feel very dynamic to read.
