So outside of the blacksmith flashback, this is all currently just the one attack on the village and we are getting multiple perspectives of it. Interesting

Okay so we get the full names of Mei-chan and Rizre. If you guys don’t remember, Mei-chan is the little girl at the beginning of the last chapter and Rizre is the scout adventurer from ch 4. Maybe we get to see Mei’s father in the future because he was out of town (maybe he’ll be part of the elf resistance that finally fights back against the goblins?) and maybe there might be an interaction between Mei and Arwyn in the chapters coming.

RIP Arle-san. If Goblin Slayer taught me anything, I know exactly what happened to Arle and it’s not pleasant. Also Mei’s granny is chair bound and the whole village got destroyed....

not all goblins are rapists i have read a few fantasy manga were the goblins are just monster that hunt humans for food, but i think in this story they are rapists probably well find out soon

This seems pretty dang accurate to how wars and raids really are. Well, probably more slave taking than eating the women and children. Hard to say which is worse… (eating. Eating is worse.)

Looking at how they handled the Corpses so far I tend to "They just eat them". Some Corpses where still clothed too.
