For real, here in Puerto Rico, driving in heavy rain can legit be deadly.

Huge boulders can fall off mountains by the roads, rivers that can flood over bridges, chunks of the road's pavement completely washing off in the rain, moronic drunken drivers.

If it rains too much here, I will straight out cancel important meetings if I have to.
