I've only had tongue once in my life, I didn't like it. I like different meats like beef liver, chicken liver, chicken gizzard, but tongue I didn't like.

That's probably the starter, yea.

I'd also assume that for every "round" (once all players have been passed through) the number of claps increase by one to make it trickier.
