But he was introduced like 900 chapters ago. He's been in so many chapters.

we're in ch.1400 and I totally understand mixing them both hahaha, specially since he gets invited by mamoru and the boys gang to hangout.

One question. Mamoru has been friends with Yuki, Akane and Tomoharu since high school. Did they form a group or was she friends with them at different times? Has this been explained?

at the start Mamoru mentions how the type of people that were kinda ostracized got close by themselves to Haruko (since middle school and little by little), is part of her magical powers hahaha, but srsly is more because she's super naive and really wouldn't judge them for anything just takes how they act with her as face value and they liked her warm.
