It would be like super strength without equivalent super durability, so your own strength tears your muscles and ligaments and breaks your own bones. Or Wolverine's claws without his regeneration, leaving him injured every time they pop out. Super speed without increased brain processing speed to match. Truly, teleportation's usefulness is dependent on its complementary power set. What's the point of being able to instantly go where you want to go if you can't fart when you get there?
