Daifuku! You're the best! So cute! So fluffy!

But Ran is such an asshole. He doesn't even try to convince anyone he couldn't help it. He's enjoying the mess he caused. They're much better off without him. I'd wonder what they even saw in him in the first place, but I guess he just faked being nice.

Thanks for the chapter.

I love when the cats have bowties. The epitome of classy.

Seriously, it feels comedic how much of a dick he is. Like they had to have seen his true nature, at least a little .

You're right. Classy cat + classy bowtie = ultimate class. It's simple math. Unfortunately my cats disagree and think it's ultimate dishonour and slow death. :cautious:

If I were to take this seriously, I'd say love blinds. That they might have seen some signs, but they closed their eyes to it, tried to justify them in a way that makes him completely innocent. Daichi specially seems the kind to absolve his lover of all faults.

But, honestly, this seems like a fun read, but not some incredibly realistic story. Ran is a caricature and their situation an exaggeration for entertainment value. So I can accept that maybe they didn't see it at all. But they might still reflect about the missed signs in future chapters.

They're just so classy, it would be unfair to add a bowtie!

That's true! It's interesting, since it seems like for at least Kuroda, he's very traumatized by the relationship. It's gonna be good either way!
