Many chapters ago, that was a short note about the will of the world, which actually explains what it truly is: After the new energy source from another dimension had been found and it had brought the whole world into a new era of prosperity, it was discovered that energy source in fact was potentially highly dangerous. Experts wanted to stop using it and remove it, but the world said no, they can't anymore live without the endless free energy. That's the actual will of the world, which already exists in our world as well.

If you remember, Mikaros awakened while hiding himself among the myriad corpses of his comrades in a battle with Azudora; you can't get much lower, hateful, and wanting things to change than that.

Well, for some reason I stopped reading just when the controlled control king launched a big energy ray (almost like a cero from bleach).
I just got up to date with most other things I'm reading though.

I guess the problem is that I'm not expecting much else from the manga and I'm not that hooked on the characters. I'll finish it soon anyway, that much I can promise
