The power scaling in the world isn't making any sense to me anymore. These guys have gotten quintuple NG+ at this point, and yet these dungeons take a full year to conquer? Wouldn't they be able to wear entire armies of these adventurers like a cheap coat at this point given that they took on a gigantic fucking army?!
They took on that giant army, and as a reward they got reduced back down to level one, with better leveling bonuses and while keeping some of their stats.

Meanwhile everyone else is, at best, fully leveled one single time, and keeping all of their stats... from their first time leveling. Minus the extra skills. If they keep even 10% of their maxed stats each time, that's still well past the cap for basically everyone. Never mind details of what exactly these "bonuses" are.

The deal was they could reach max level, then NG+ to get an even higher-tier class. They did that several times now as they fought the army.

Yeah, this is kind of the entire idea for the manga. Having higher tiers of levels. It's what "Hell Mode" means.

The way the world is constructed, you're left with that RPG problem where your enemies scale in level geographically, and technically some rodent from an end-game town could single-handedly sterilize a continent. Except our party is the rodent, and it's established there's a level cap they've already surpassed in spades. So why aren't they literally the only ones that can do anything? Am I to believe there are actually entire armies of level-capped soldiers marching to their deaths to fight invincible god monsters even our Over-levelling party can't handle?

Yeah, adding to this, the people on that s rank dungeon is way too high, and they can handle it just fine, while the difficulty so far seems to be higher than the demons they usually fight in the north.
Yeah this series hasn't been making sence since a while ago.
And now this dungeon pacing is being treated like a game and all the drama was moved aside
