I believe it was a shoujo, not sure though, passes in an university (iirc) story goes and after best girl childhood friend is rejected, MC tries going out with a woman that doesn't use smartphones... they exchange diaries and if I'm not wrong he falls for her because he can see when someone is in love? not sure about this last part though, could be something else about love
