Help how to upload the chapter? [Resolved]

Hi folks, I created and sumitted a new draft, while when I turn to upload a chaper the "upload chapter" button is unvailable. I should have permission to upload cause I have uploaded chapters before，this permission is now invalid.
I Anybody know what can I do?

In the past, I could upload the first chapter immediately as long as I submitted the draft. Has this permission been modified?

Your auto-approval permissions were removed because you've repeatedly created duplicate title pages/authors in the past. You can still create title pages, but they need to be manually checked by staff first, like the vast majority of users.

Also, please correctly capitalise the title in the future and check for existing authors; this author already exists on MD, and you've created another duplicate.
