Was re-reading Isekai Nonbiri Nouka and chp 63 had a reference to a manga that...I can't pin down and the translators either didn't know or did know and didn't leave any clues.
The manga is supposedly a love-comedy battle manga, where the MC made all the heroines pregnant, "even the trap too" according to the roasts. The MC's name was supposedly "Masayuki".
