Help Me Find A Lost Manga Title!

Hi, I would really like some help finding a lost manga title - it's been on my mind for quite a while. I also posted this on Reddit, but I fear I may not gain a lot of help.
I’m looking for a manga I read online a while ago, as it’s been so long I forgot the title but I remember the manga being really cute. It’s not very long - around 13-20 chapters, but could be more - and the manga style is really similar to Cheeky Brat (so basically just older style manga). It’s a romance manga, where the plot is about a girl whose crush is her best friend (I don’t quite remember, but I believe they had a good relationship). However, I think he starts dating a girl (or she gets rejected LOL), but then his older and hotter brother comes along and it’s a little bit of a slow burn but they get together in the end. The brother is really cold but honestly super flirtatious, and I'm pretty sure he knows that his brother messed up. I know this is such a bad description, but it was so long ago. However, I do remember one scene around the end where he was feeling her up LOL. I think the title started with Koi ___ but don’t trust me on that because my memory is fuzzy.

• A and B is friend or so
• B is dating gild C
• B has a flirtatious hot brother D
• D flirt with A, end up together

I can remember at least 3 titles with similar plot,
but when you say Koi, I think it is this one
