I have recently joined MangaDex. I don't know how to use it. I want to start translating manga from Japanese to English, but I don't know how to get the raw manga or join the group. Can anyone please help me and tell me the way..... Please.....

That's something you have to figure out on your own, but I am sure you are smart enough to use Google

or join the group

You can contact a scan groups and ask if they will let you apply/join their groups. For most groups contact information can be found on the credit pages of their releases or their group page on MD. If you are trying to start a new group on MD you can follow these steps .

I thought I have to get the raw manga from Mangadex only.... Now I get it that I have to get it from Google or something... Thanks for the reply

Considering Mangadex has a rule explicitly against hosting raws, that would be impossible. I would suggest trying to familiarize yourself with the site rules before contributing your work to the site to try to avoid any future potential issues.
