It works but at such a low level that simply paying attention is enough to dispel it.Irrelevant rant/tangent, but reading the Subliminal Stimuli wiki really doesn't convince me about this Subliminal Message thing, or at the very least not as this strong and insidious super move that this chapter kinda seems to imply.
It probably doesn't help that most clear-cut working example of it in the wiki was about slower song in the supermarket make people move at slower pace, which like, yeah? I had that a bit too, walking or moving in general to certain beat, but that's not really the kind of thing I was thinking of when I look it up.
