Who are you guys speculating this is? He looks nothing like any Akagi/Ten character to me. You guys think this is Washizu? Nose looks different, his attitude is too calm for Washizu, plus Washizu would be like 120 years old at this point right? I gotta be forgetting somebody here.

Urabe. The guy that Fake Akagi lost to, but eventually got screwed over when the real Akagi took over. His fight with Akagi ended up with the Yakuza mutilating his fingers.

Yes, he's indeed Urabe who survived Akagi's utter humiliation. His life was destroyed afterwards, obviously. He miraculously survived a bullet to the head, which was already implied by the Russian roulette imagery.

He's actually not the only new character who has some relations to someone from Akagi/Ten.

Oh wow, only now do I see the physical resemblance, I actually went through every Akagi character and looked at him, then went naaah. I just thought It'd be someone more relevant too?
