Personally speaking, this is so far the most painful chapter of this wonderful manga. Haruno's precious smile, Ootori lying to her that he's fine, the near-brutal fight he had to endure before, Ootori's drop in confidence after the encounter with Red Tail...

Ootori is too precious for this world, and if anything happened to him, I'd kill everyone around me and then myself

Haruno is just as precious, though
