Goddamit Kayo, worst Club President ever...
She didnt even learn anything from the LN event award. then again the girl accompanying Hibiki to the award was a nameless girl vying for Ryouta's attention...

edit Ryouta's name 😝😝

All hands battle stations, it's going to go wild again. lol

Also has Fumi even earned being called an expert? All she did so far is fumble almost everything regarding Hibiki and her advice to Rika made Rikas book worse.

She's lucked her way into working with some top tier writers. And its those instincts that pretty much give her a positive reputation in the publishing company and a conceptual idea how things might work. From my experience with editors in fiction its a mix between wrangling cats and reading oracle bones with how unexpected the general public is.

That's partially true, but what you forget is that she was ALREADY the top-tier editor (that other industry players are even afraid of) BEFORE she met the two girls. It was her reputation that got her entrusted with Rika by Rika's elite writer dad, and it was her reputation again that made the company trust her when she pushed Hibiki's work on them.

Basically, she's a very good editor for normal writers, and under normal circumstances her advice would be reliable to them. Her problems post-Hibiki are that she was trying to wrangle Hibiki like a cat when she's actually Godzilla, and Rika was losing confidence thanks to Hibiki's appearance, which led to her being overly reliant on editorial input.
