Is this an edit? I'm pretty sure I've seen the h manga that looks like this that's about a guy who goes to work at a monster girl maid cafe because he's in love with the lamia waitress, but I feel like I'd remember someone saying "snake cloaca" in the middle of it.
Unless it's just another work by the same artist.
