I literally don't care about him at all, and just wish we could move on with the actual plot (Yuri overthrowing the system).
The problem with him is that, as soon as the previous bad guy died, he was just thrown in at random without any kind of foreshadowing. To make matters worse, he appeared just as the strongest possible enemy got killed (guy controls an army of angels + apostate Rika) and he just turns out to be even stronger (guy possibly as strong as apostate Rika, can brainwash humans AND control angels already under someone else's control).
It's slowly turning into a crappier Dragon Ball Z.
Once he dies, we'll probably see the next strongest thing alive. Maybe a guy who can control an army of angry masks?
At this point I no longer care about those bad guys, and just want to see the story end instead.
