High school manga? (Solved)

it was a manga that started off with a (male) teen observing a classmate helping someone in an accident(?) (and that person had some sister he could only talk to via a pay phone) and having something like "when you look at a phone, X amount of your vision is blocked, but nothing in front of me is interesting enough to look for" and it looked like it was gonna be some 'coming of age' story between multiple teens before the last page saying something about the satellites/technology about to go down or so

No it was fairly new/only had one chapter so far , the first main teen you see def had a smartphone on him and i think psyren is a bit older than that or it probably being a newer thing at the time to where more ppl would still be using a flip phone

Like i said it seemed like it was gonna be a 'normal' story til the very last page of the narrator's comment
