That's what I'm wondering. At this point it wouldn't surprise me if Koharu tries to claim Akira for herself. She's already gotten manhandled by Makoto and Mrs. Oono both. She may as well get tickle tortured by Akira to cap it all off.

Akira flipping the bird was definitely the highlight for me this chapter. She's already as American as apple pie, or perhaps as American as an unagi roll.
